CDO Blueprint
A mentorship program for nonprofit development professionals who are done waiting for the next level — and ready to build toward it with someone who has actually sat in the chair.
"Nobody was teaching this — not the political navigation, not the C-suite communication, not the human side of leading through a complicated life while building a complicated career. So I decided to teach it."
— From the CDO Blueprint origin story
Is this for you?
This program is built for a very specific person. See if you recognize yourself.
You know how to fundraise but you're ready to learn how to lead a development operation — not just work in one.
You're navigating organizational politics nobody prepared you for and you're tired of figuring it out alone.
You want to speak C-suite language — and actually be heard in those rooms.
You want to build a development operation that actually works, not just hit this year's goal.
You want a mentor who will be honest with you — not just encouraging.
You're carrying a full life and still showing up. You need someone who gets that.
Three ways to work together
Every offer is built around the same thing — real experience, honest mentorship, and the stuff nobody else is teaching.
A no-nonsense guide to leading at the highest level in nonprofit development. Real stories, real frameworks, real results — written by someone who has lived it for 30 years.
A 10-week live mentorship experience for development professionals ready to step into senior leadership. Small group. Real curriculum. A community that stays with you long after it ends.
Private mentorship for the development professional who wants focused, personalized guidance — on their timeline, their organization, their specific next move.
Your mentor
With over 30 years in nonprofit development, I have inherited broken operations and rebuilt them from the ground up — doubling revenue and doubling teams. I have led fundraising through September 11th, navigated C-suite politics, and showed up to work through things most people don't talk about publicly.
I built this program because I kept having the same conversation with talented people who deserved better guidance than they were getting. Nobody was teaching the political navigation, the C-suite communication, the infrastructure — or the human side of building a career through a complicated life.
So I decided to teach it.
